The Valleylab Sugisustat is a electrosurgical unit that is very flexible in terms of cautery and procedure capabilities.  It will perform standard functions including blend for both cut and bipolar modes.

Includes Power cord only.  Does Not include Footswitch or cart

NOTES:

(1) This unit performs Bi-polar and Monopolar proceedures.  With MONOPOLAR proceedures (Cut / Coag), the folowing items accessories are needed:

a) Disposable grounding pad, whereas the patient is grounded with a disposable foil pad applied to leg or back). 

b) An electrosurgical pencil with cable (usually disposable).  Most disposable pencils have a CUT / COAG button on the pencil (does not require a footswitch).  Some pencils do not have the buttons and would require a footswitch.   However, some clinicians prefer using the footswitch.

c) Footswitch  (optional - see note 2).  GTS SKU:  139-021R

(2) With BIPOLAR proceedures (whereas energy is between forceps), the following accesories are needed:

a) Bipolar forceps (reusable)

b)  Forceps cable (reusable)

c)  Bipolar footswitch
